Downcity Construction has been developing a solid reputation for residential rehabilitation and construction since their first project in 1992. Initially focusing on historic rehabilitation, Downcity has the experience to tackle the most challenging jobs.

Not only are the employees and sub-contractors some of the best in the business, our ability to work closely and amicably with local building inspectors, historic district commissions, and other governmental bodies and agencies are invaluable when it comes to completing a challenging project as quickly and efficiently as possible.

While we will consider unique or interesting projects of any size, our contracts generally range from $25,000 to $1,500,000. Our bids can be structured as either a fixed price or a fixed percentage management fee.
